Oh No! by Alexis, 6-W

I don't even remember my name. All I remember is two lights coming straight at me. Then, I blacked out.

Now I am stuck in this EVIL hospital. I hate it! I feel like I am in a white cube with now way out! Of course, there is a way out, but I can't get out of this hospital bed. Nobody knows that I am in here yet. The doctors are getting ready to call my parents. I can't wait to talk to them! I bet they are worried sick! That stupid driver. I was in a car accident. A drunk driver hit me head-on. Oh, my nurse just told me that she found out my name from my parents. My name's Mandi. Woah! Someone who I don't remember just walked into my room! Wait, I think I know her! She's........Nope, don't know her!

"Hi Mandi!" the girl said. "I am your homeroom teacher. Your parents just called me and told me about your accident. I am so sorry. What did you hurt?"

"I broke my right leg and my left arm. I also don't remember anything!"

"Oh my! WEll, I can't wait to see you back at school! Oops! I almost forgot. My name is Ms. Smith. See you later, Mandi!"

I am so glad that she left. The only people I want to see now are my parents.

"Hi Honey! It's your Mom! Your Dad is checking us in. How do you feel? Are you all right? Do you need anything?"

"No Mom! I'm fine. The nurses are really nice here. They are taking great care of me."

"Okay, well, good-bye. I am going to talk to the nurse while your Dad is in here. Love you!"

Okay, so now i just have to wait for my Dad to get here.

"I'm here! I'm your big 'ol Daddy!"

"Hey Dad! Are you the silly one of the family?"

"Well, of course I am! How ya doing, Chipmunk?"

"Chipmunk? Are you talking about me? If you are, then I am fine, but Chipmunk?"

"That's my nickname for you. You loved nuts as a baby. So I nicknamed you Chipmunk!"

"Oh, Okay! I don't remember anything."

"Oh yeah. I get it now! Well, we have to go now. Love ya, Chipmunk."

"Love ya."

Okay, now that they are gone I can ask the nurse how much longer I'll be here.

"You'll probably be able to get out tomorrow. Good night. Sleep well."

TOMORROW! I can get out TOMORROW! That is like...like a miracle! I can't wait!
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Yes, I get to go home today (with a cast on my arm, leg, and I have to be wheeled around)! My Mom is here! Yes!

"Let's go! Come on honey!!"

"Okay, Mom."

So, she wheeled me down to.....the car.

"No way am I getting into that car!" I exclaimed, scared!

"Yes you are if you want to go home."

"Fine! I'll get in the car!"

So, I stepped into the car and as soon as we settled down and started moving, I saw a truck barreling toward us!

"Aaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh!"
