As he walked through the hall of the building, we would occasionally stop to think of his memories. He was a state champion, but that one single year was the end for him. He was ten years old, he was supposed to literally destroy his opponent that match. It is regionals for the Missouri Wrestling Association. He was going to win, he could feel it. His name is not important right now, but it will be later. As he walked to the mat for the final match, he started to get nervous. The first step he stepped on the mat might be his last. But when he did a sharp pain went through his body, he knew it would be a bad match. He shook his enemies hand and "Tweet" blue the whistle.
At first he was doing fine, but he was losing 2-0. This his opponent put him in an illegal headlock and threw him. "Snap!", his back said. He laid there trying to get up, but couldn't. His coach ran to him. The referee asked him, "Can you go?" "Yes", he said. He stood up with the help of the coach.
His coach said, "Come on, you are better than this kid, you can do it." He nodded. Then ran to the center of the mat. He shook hands with his opponent. Then, "Tweet" went the whistle again. But this time it was short, and sweet. His opponent put him in a headlock, then "snap", went his back.
This time he knew he was done. Then all of a sudden the referee came again, but this time he signaled the doctor. Then a large man showed, and started asking questions.
